Learning the Ropes

No licence is required to drive the boats at Dolphin Houseboat Holidays, however the staff brief you on the workings of the boat, chart reading and boat driving trials to ensure you feel confident enough to drive the boat before leaving on your houseboat holiday.

The staff at Dolphin Houseboat Holidays remain on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies and with a free public car park behind our office, large trolleys for the easy loading of your goods and on-hand help, there is nothing more to ask for.

On Deck

With SEVEN boats in a proud fleet to choose from, each Dolphin Houseboat Holidays boat is fitted out with either 9.9 or 25hp motors offering excellent fuel economy and reliability.

Other features include:
o Colour TV
o CD Stereo
o BBQ and outdoor setting are all standard.

All Dolphin Houseboat Holidays vessels have a fully equipped galley and are supplied with bedding that includes doonas, blankets, pillows and slips. Linen is available on request at a minimal charge.

The rear decks and swim platforms on four of the vessels are sheltered from rain and sun, providing you comfort in any weather. Up to four Crab Nets are provided with each boat and scoop nets are also available free of charge at Dolphin Houseboat Holidays.
